Meta Bot Services may contain third-party links that have their own privacy policies. Meta is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
By accepting Meta Bot Privacy Policy, you also agree to Meta Bot Terms of Service.

Meta Team has the right to update this document at any time without prior warning or notification.
Updates take effect immediately after they are published.
The Privacy Policy document terms apply to the Terms of Service document.
Information about updates to the legal documentation will be published from the Meta Discord Support Server.
This document applies to everything related to Meta Group Services.
By using Meta Group Services, you agree to all the points listed in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
2. Collecting Personal Information
Meta Bot Services do not collect any personal information from customers automatically. Meta Bot Services collect information about your Discord account's ID, name, profile picture, status, activity, and user-generated content.
We consider "user-generated content" to be materials (text, image, and/or video content) voluntarily supplied to us by our users for the purpose of publication on our website or re-publishing on our social media channels.
Meta Bot Services has the right to save and store information about a customer's account, such as name, ID, etc.
Meta Bot Services can use customer information on their products, services, and in media.
Meta Bot Services can save, store, and use the content that your account has provided publicly.
Meta Group only collects personal information about customers when Meta Group or a customer initiates contact with Meta Group.
Please be aware that any content you submit for the purpose of publication will be public after posting. Once published, it may be accessible to third parties not covered under this privacy policy.
3. Legitimate Reason to Use Customer Data
To respect customer privacy, Meta Bot Services will only collect information when Meta Group has a legitimate reason for doing so. All information collected will be used to provide Meta Services and is the minimum necessary to provide the full service.
Meta Group has the right to use customer data while the customer is using Meta Bot Services.
All data stored and collected is used wisely and for a reason.
Meta Bot Services can use customer data to improve their services.
4. Security of Your Personal Information
When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
Meta Bot Services can use your data to learn user behaviour, actions, and collect logs from the Discord server for improving Meta Bot Services.
The customer who uses Meta Bot Services does so at their own risk.
In case of a data leak, Meta Bot Service does not take responsibility if the leak was not on behalf of Meta Bot Service or Meta Group.
Meta Bot Service and Meta Group will not modify customer data for testing purposes.
Meta Bot Service and Meta Group has the right to modify data for security reasons or bug fixes.
Meta Group Support representatives have the right to modify customer information and data for assistance reasons.
Although we will do our best to protect personal information, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and no one can guarantee absolute data security.
5. How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
By agreeing to our Privacy Policy, you agree and allow Meta Bot Services to hold your data as long as we need it. Generally, data is held for the period when the customer is using Meta Bot Services.
Meta Group can hold customer data for an unlimited amount of time if there is a reasonable cause.
Data collection about a customer's server starts once the server begins using Meta Bot Services.
Data about a customer's server will be deleted from the database once the server is no longer using Meta Bot Services.
6. Making a Correction
If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading, please contact us. We will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or out of date.
Meta Group has the right to deny the request to update any information if there is a reasonable cause. The reason for denial may not be shared with the customer if it contains sensitive information.
7. Limits of Our Policy
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites.
Meta Group nor Meta Bot Services is not responsible or liable for any third-party website policies or terms, even if the third-party site or application is connected with Meta Bot Services.
Meta Bot Services do not take responsibility when a third-party application or site connected to Meta Bot Services experienced an event that caused harm to customers.
8. Legitimate Interests
Where we assess it is necessary for our legitimate interests, such as for us to provide, operate, improve, and communicate our services. We consider our legitimate interests to include research and development, understanding our audience, marketing and promoting our services, measures taken to operate efficiently, marketing analysis, and measures to protect our legal rights and interests.
9. Removal of Your Data
As a respect for your privacy, you have the right to request Meta Bot Services to remove some or all data we have about you or your Discord Server. Please note that if we need your data for investigation or any other reason listed in Section 5, we reserve the right to keep the data we need.

As a respect for your privacy, you have the right to know what data Meta Bot Services collects and holds about you. For any questions about data and privacy, please contact the Meta Bot Services support team in the support server or via e-mail.
11. Making a Complaint
If you have any concerns or complaints regarding how we handle your data, please contact the Meta Bot support team through the support server. We take all complaints seriously and will work to resolve them promptly.
